Custom-Fit A-Arm Suspension Crossmember for use with Chassisworks A-arm suspension systems for 4x2" crossmembers and front clips. Product ships as a single factory-welded assembly. Features CNC-bent 4x2" tubular crossmember with factory-welded suspension and steering mounts. Select hub-to-hub widths of 51" to 65" (24" to 38" crossmember width) in one-inch increments.
NOTE: A-Arm suspension system must be purchased separately.

Includes: bare steel or black powder coated control arms, balljoints with wrench, bare or black powder coated sculpted spindles, OEM-style or bump-steer adjustable tie rods, billet manual rack and pinion (satin or polished) or power rack and pinion (black or chrome for 30" or 33" crossmembers; right- and left-hand-drive versions available), shock simulator tools. Optional single- or double-adjustable VariShock coil-overs with springs, anti-roll bar with poly or heim-joint endlinks, vented-rotor disc brake kit (11-3/4", 13", or 14").

Sculpted from billet aluminum, our (-2) racks and mounts are supplied in
a polished finish. The center tube is polished stainless steel. Two
styles of mounts with stainless-steel hardware are available, for either
Chassisworks A-arm crossmembers or Mustang II-style crossmember mounts.
The rack can be rotated in its mount to align the input shaft with the
steering column. The rack tie-rod ends have male 9/16"-18 threads and
3/4"-36 spline input shafts. The racks are available in 15 different
inner-socket widths, allowing correct suspension geometry in very narrow
or very wide vehicles. Minimum inner-socket width is 15.5"; maximum is
29.5" (in 1-inch increments). The range is from nine inches shorter than
a Mustang II rack to five inches wider - making this component suitable
for virtually any manual-rack, front-steer application. |
