g-Street 11-3/4" Rotor
Chassisworks’ designed and manufactured front disc brake kit features fixed, four-piston, forged-aluminum Wilwood calipers and 11.75 x .81” vented rotors with integrated hats and billet aluminum hubs. The bolt-together hub and rotor assembly allows worn or damaged components to be replaced easily and economically. Rotors are uncoated or black e-coated and feature a slot-grooved abrasion surface to wipe the pads free of debris, reduce pad float if overheated, and enhance appearance. Our enhanced-friction ceramic-formula brake pads provide smooth engagement and long service life, with low noise and brake-dust levels for performance driving applications. The kit is designed for use with g-Machine fabricated or sculpted spindles and requires 15” or larger wheels.

This bolt-on brake kit fits stock '65-66 Impala/Biscayne spindles. The 11-3/4" diameter .810" thick rotor with curved gas-reliefs combined with the 4-piston Wilwood forged calipers, will supply adequate brakes for even the heaviest street cars. The CNC machined caliper-mount-brackets will bolt to the spindle using OEM holes. The billet aluminum hub is drilled for 5 on 4-1/2" and 5 on 4-3/4" bolt circles. Complete with 1/2x 2-1/2" 12-point studs and screw-on dust covers. Kit includes anodized aluminum billet hubs; rotors; 12-point wheel studs; 4-piston Wilwood forged calipers; caliper mounting brackets; brake pads; wheel bearings; seals; mounting hardware; instructions and drawing. Polished billet hubs; polished calipers and 3" wheel studs are optionally available. |

Polished billet-aluminum hubs come standard with screw-on dust covers and feature both 4-1/2" and 4-3/4" bolt circles. The vented rotors are 11.75" in diameter and .810" thick; 2-1/2"-long studs are included (3" studs are optional). All necessary bearings, seals and hardware needed for installation are supplied. Rotors feature curved gas-relief slots to aid in braking. You have a choice of two popular, four-piston Wilwood calipers, these assemblies will fit most 15"-diameter wheels. Choose from black matte or polished finish. |
