Chassisworks' weight bar kit provides a time-saving, compact, simple and safe way to add weight to your race car to meet class regulations. The 35 lb., billet-steel bar is completely solid. Overall volume and weight is very similar to shot-filled lead ballasts. The Chassisworks' weight bar measures 3 x 2 x 20.9" and uses a broad 16" bolt pattern. Included mounting sleeves weld into 1-5/8"- or 1-1/4"-diameter chassis tube to securely mount the bar with 1/2" Grade 8 hardware.
