Made out of 2x4x.120" wall mild steel tubing. These mandrel bent frame rails have a lower rise over the axle making it easier to fit vehicles using a 29" tall tire. This is not our 7104 frame bent out of 2x4" material, it was redesigned for the smaller tire. The main crossmember uses the 1x2" oval loop increasing driveshaft and ground clearance. Our frame can be as narrow as 20" outside to outside width, allowing ample room for most tires. The 4-link is mounted under the frame rails, not on the inside like our competitors. This makes the suspension as wide as possible even with a narrow frame rail width, creating a better handling vehicle. Designed for our 4-link kit, (part nos. 6239, 6250, or 6251) and coil spring or coil over shocks. Kit includes a pair of frame rails; two 1x2" driveshaft loops; front crossmember tubing; upper shock mount crossmember; upper shock mount tabs; rear crossmember; hardware; instructions and drawing. Shipped unassembled by UPS. Factory welding and the 4"-ID exhaust ports are large enough for 3" exhaust are optionally available.
