This kit will include 14 J-bends, 2 header flanges and the 2 collectors you need to complete a set of headers. Collector flanges and reducers can be added. The header flanges are available for Small Block Chevy; Big Block Chevy; Mopar RB engines, Ford 429-460, Ford 4.6 or 5.4 and Brodix Spread Port Small Block Chevy. All the flanges are laser cut out of 3/8"-thick mild steel. The J-bends are available in 1-5/8" to 2-1/2" in 1/8" increments. They are made of 16-gauge mild steel. The long leg of the bend is 15" long and the short leg is 6" long. The radius varies depending on the tube size. You can choose to have all one diameter tube from the head flange to the collector or, the "step style" which gives you 3 steps. (Example: 2" off the head, into 2-1/8", into 2-1/4" at the collector.) The collectors are weld-on type and are 16-gauge mild steel. There are 16 sizes from 1-5/8" x 2-1/2" to 2-1/2" x 5". Collectors are 10" to 11" long. The collector flanges are 3-bolt, laser cut out of 3/8"-thick mild steel in 3" and 3-1/2" to match the collectors. Collector reducers 3" into 2-1/4" and 3-1/2" into 2-1/2" make mounting the exhaust easy.
