Made out of 2x3x.083" wall mild steel tubing. Uses the same rear suspension as our Eliminator II chassis kits. Box tube construction makes it the perfect choice for the "fast street car" classes or Pro Street cars. The 1-1/2" dropped crossmember mounts the 4-link brackets 4-1/2" off the ground and the rocker panels at 6". Kit includes a pair of frame rails; two 4-link crossmembers; upper shock mount crossmember; upper shock mount tabs; rear crossmember; 1-1/4" frame gusset tubes; hardware; instructions and drawing. Shipped unassembled by UPS. Note: main hoop and cage rear struts are not included, they are part of the roll cage kit. |

ELIMINATOR II PRO-STREET 4-LINK AND BRACKETS FOR 1-5/8" CHASSIS |

| Description: |
This exclusive design incorporates the latest technological advances in 4-link dimensioning, tuning and efficiency. By using, 1/2" bolts in the brackets, we moved the holes much closer together - providing much finer adjustment than was possible before. To accomplish this, we use a custom-made, 1/2"-bore Billet Urethane rod end. The 3/16" thick axle brackets have a 3" hole and feature a built-in lower wheelie-bar mount, a lower antiroll-bar mount and a double-sheer, adjustable lower shock mount. Our billet-aluminum 6227 and 6247 lower shock mounts are adjustable in 5/8" increments for fine tuning ride height. Requires a 6214 shock-mount spacer kit. Our Eliminator II Pro Street 4-link uses the same geometry as our Standard Eliminator II 4-link. Instead of spherical bearing rod ends it uses billet steel rod ends with urethane bushing liners. In addition, one end of each link tube uses a urethane lined weld eye, which virtually eliminates the possibility of the rod end rattling loose, causing the link bar to fall off. The bars are direct threaded 1-1/4" x .156 wall tube to accommodate the huge 1"-shank billet rod ends. These rod ends are strong enough for blown street cars and offer plenty of flexibility for street driven vehicles. Eliminator II Pro Street 4-links are available with blue powder coating or chrome finish link bars. Like all Chassisworks 4-links, this version comes with a map of all intersect points and tuning instructions to simplify adjustments. Use track locater Part No. 6249 to center the rear end housing in the chassis. This 4-link fits all Chassisworks Eliminator II round tube subframes and chassis. |

This welded FAB9™ mild steel rearend housing is available in lengths from 22" to 62-1/4" housing-end-to-housing-end in 1/4" increments. Pinion can be centered, 1/2" to passenger side or 1" to passenger side. You have a choice of 11 different housing combinations (see option list for details). The mild steel eliminator II 4-link brackets with 1/2" holes and 1-5/8" spacing between the brackets for the rod ends are welded at any outside-to-outside width from 16-1/2" to 42" in 1/2" increments. All welded housings will also include housing fill cap; magnetic drain plug with copper gasket; 12-point 3rd member studs; aircraft washers and locknuts. Tapered back braces (which add rigidity for high horse power applications) and housing vent are optionally available. A signed Custom Rearend Worksheet (which gives us all the information needed to build the housing) is required with all welded FAB9™ orders. You will find a link to the worksheet on the order page. |
